Start with real needs
What does digital fatigue feel like in adult learning, and what support do educators need?
The Digital State of Play will draw on a survey of 40 adult learners and focus groups with 10 educators. It compares experiences in rural Slovenia and urban or semi-urban Croatia.
The research will inform the design of the manual and the digital resources. Findings will be shared here when they are ready.

An educator’s manual combining attention restoration, nature-based pedagogy and GreenComp sustainability values.
Exercises you can use
Short listening activities and classroom guidance will help educators introduce nature sounds without requiring specialist equipment or additional budgets.
Reviewed by educators
Ten educators from POU Čakovec and LU Ormož will peer-review the manual before publication. The manual is planned in English, Croatian and Slovenian.
